Paramount Management Services, Sovrin Health Systems Merge

Sovrin Health Systems, a revenue cycle management company, has merged with Paramount Management Services, a company that provides consolidation services and billing and collections management, to form a full-scale management services organization.

The merger allows the companies to cater to any size healthcare delivery system. Paramount/Sorvin is currently engaged as a consultant to La Peer Surgery Center in Beverly Hills, and is analyzing other new healthcare entities to assess their needs and take over management in billing and collections.
