•    More than 50 percent of vendors, health plans and providers find compliance data uncertainty the biggest obstacle to successful ICD-10 implementation.
•    More than 50 percent of health plans have begun external testing.
•    Approximately 60 percent of vendors reported their products were available and had begun customer testing.
