Here are four observations:
1. Of those surveyed, 15.5 percent reported not being able to afford healthcare in the last 12 months.
2. Gallup reported this is the lowest percentage since it started this survey in 2008.
3. Between 2008 and 2013, the percentage of those unable to afford healthcare remained around 19 percent.
4. Gallup cited the Affordable Care Act as a major factor in this percentage decrease.
