• Test claims will receive either confirmation of acceptance or rejection only
• Testing will not confirm claim payment or share remittance advice
• ICD-10 test claims must be submitted with current dates of service
• Test files must be 25 claims or less per test file
• Large numbers of claims should not be sent all at once
