Kentucky practice charged with theft after failing to pay billing company

Paragon Family Practice, Central Kentucky’s largest network of private Medicaid clinics, have been charged with criminal theft after both employees sued the practice and they were found withholding money from the state, reports Lex 18.

The charge to the two owners was 25 counts each of theft by failure to make required disposition of taxes to Resources in Health Care Management, the staffing and billing portion of Paragon.
