The Indiana Hospital Association has launched MyCareINsight.org, a healthcare price transparency website, according to an INDYSTAR report.
The website provides average costs for several common procedures, as well as quality information, for hospitals within the state.
The developers of the online tool aimed to ensure average costs reflected similar patient pools for each procedure, according to the report.
