Humana has partnered with New York City-based insurance startup Oscar Health to sell commercial health plans to small business, Forbes reports.

Here's what you should know:

1. The two payers will offer plans to businesses with fewer than 50 employees across nine counties including Nashville, Tenn.

2. Businesses that purchase a plan will have access to Humana's provider networks, while Oscar will allow customers access to its concierge care teams.

3. The products will be available this fall, if they receive regulatory approval.
