1. Through the master services agreement, HCA’s far west division will be the first to implement the Issio Productivity Manager. The far west division includes seven ambulatory surgery centers.
2. The far west division will use the productivity tool to manage labor costs without compromising safety.
3. Dakon Montgomery, vice president of operations for HCA’s ambulatory surgery division, led the effort to implement the new solution.
4. Issio’s solution predicts hourly patient volume and suggests proper staffing levels. The system integrates with an ASC’s scheduling and payroll systems.
5. The Issio system also provides ASC leaders have access to real-time overtime tracking and staff hours per case data.
