Here are four takeaways:

1. Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) told the media he would like to see the ACA gone within two or three months.

2. Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) had said he wants legislators to repeal and replace the health law by the end of March.

3. While various committees are drafting replacement plans, not one has held hearings regarding the alternative.

4. Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly conducted an interview with President Trump earlier this month. Mr. O’Reilly asked President Donald Trump if the American people can expect a health plan rollout this year, to which, President Trump said, “I would like to say by the end of the year at least the rudiments but we should have something within the year and the following year.”
