Epic Systems wins 11 awards in EHR rankings

Various Epic Systems products were recognized 11 times in the yearly Best of KLAS health IT and EHR rankings, recently, reports EHR Intelligence.

Among the most notable awards, Epic Systems received both best overall physician practice vendor and best overall software suite.

Epic also took home awards in acute care, ambulatory care, health information exchange as well as patient portals.

Phytel was named the top population health management vendor. Other winners included Impact Advisors, for overall IT services firm category, Cerner Corporation for best small ambulatory EHR, athenahealth for small and mid-sized practice management and Accenture Health for best ICD-10 consulting firm.
