Craneware Revenue Software Company Earns CMS Electronic Submission Certification

Automated revenue software company Craneware received certification from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid for Electronic Submission of Medical Documentation, according to Herald Online.

The Atlanta-based Craneware is now authorized to offer esMD services to providers, making it possible for medical records to be electronically submitted to review contractors.

The company plans to enable its InSight Audit software to digitally submit medical record documentation as an esMD-certified Health Information Handler to increase efficiency in auditing and help health networks with collection and revenue retention.
