According to the report, some patient bills will arrive almost a year after the procedure. Morehouse School of Medicine, an affiliate of Morehouse Medical Associates, said a computer glitch occurred when Morehouse Medical Associates transitioned to a new computer billing system.
The move and associated glitch resulted in thousands of bills that requested payment without details, according to the report.
