Coalition for ICD-10 to host briefing on Capitol Hill

The Coalition for ICD-10, a group of healthcare organizations advocating for the transition to the new code set, will host a congressional briefing on Feb. 10 in Washington, D.C., according to a HIT Consultant report.

Representatives from a small rural physician group in Fredericktown, Mo., Nemours Children’s Health System and Florida Blue Cross Blue Shield will speak at the briefing, according to the report.
