California Issues Workers’ Comp Changes for ASCs

The California Labor and Workforce Development Agency’s Division of Workers’ Compensation has issued adjustments to the ASC section of its official medical fee schedule, according to an Equities report.

The changes will confirm to corrections made in the Medicare payment system as required by Labor Code section 5307.1. The changes take effect Sept. 1.
