2. To improve quality of care and reduce costs, ACO Partner has plans to contract with provider groups and payers throughout the United States.
3. BCBS of Arizona is the first insurance company to contract with ACO Partner, and serves as a primary investor in the ACO through the payer’s subsidiary, Trinnovate Ventures.
4. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona and McKesson invested to develop an infrastructure that will support the strategic collaboration between providers and physicians. The infrastructure will also work to facilitate continuous patient engagement.
