Amerinet Signs Agreement With Teleflex for VasoNova Vascular Positioning System

Teleflex, a provider of medical devices for critical care and surgery, has announced the addition of the company’s VasoNova Vascular Positioning System to its existing peripherally inserted central catheters agreement with Amerinet, a national healthcare group purchasing organization.

The agreement began May 1 and runs through April 30, 2014, according to a Teleflex news release.

 

VasoNova recently received 510(k) clearance from the FDA to market the VPS peripherally inserted central catheter tip location technology as an alternative to chest x-ray or fluoroscopy in adult patients.
