AHIMA, HBMA partner to offer members educational benefits

The American Health Information Management Association and the Healthcare Billing and Management Association have signed a memorandum of understanding.

Through this collaboration, AHIMA and HBMA will share educational benefits with their members.

AHIMA and HMBA will offer webinars to all members for free and accept continuing education units for prior approval from each organization.

“The collaboration and partnership will allow health information management professionals and healthcare revenue cycle professionals to work together as we navigate the changing world of healthcare,” said Curt Cvikota, CHBME, president of the HBMA.
