Raleigh, N.C.-based ACS provides its largely hospital clients with services such as self-pay billing and account resolution, aged receivables and data warehousing services.
Optimum Outcomes CEO Mike Jacoutot said he hopes the acquisition will solidify his company’s standing as a leader in debt collection and account resolution.
ACS currently has 275 employees and a strong client base in the southeast United States. Together, Optimum Outcomes will now serve more than 300 clients with 500 employees in three contact centers.
