Eighty one percent of physicians say reimbursement policy has been a factor in the decline of independent practices, according to Doximity’s Physician Compensation Report 2025.
The report analyzed about 230,000 survey responses collected over the past six years, including input from 37,000 U.S. physicians in 2024.
