• Increase patient engagement. Demonstrate to patients the multiple benefits an ASC can offer and work to ensure patient experience is the best it can be. This can boost patient volumes and even care outcomes.
• Improve care coordination. Work with referring physician offices to bring patients to the center and ensure patients are educated about the care they may need following a procedure. Becoming part of a continuum of care can improve ASC visibility and patient volumes.
