The nation-wide average of physician pay satisfaction is 3.59, according to a new report from recently launched salary transparency platform Marit Health.
Marit Health ranked pay satisfaction on a 5-point scale, with 1 representing very dissatisfied with pay and 5 representing very satisfied with pay.
