Here are four recent joint venture ambulatory surgery centers.

Bridget Sundell, MD, board-certified ophthalmologist, and Fairview in Hibbing, Minn., have announced an agreement to develop the joint venture Northwoods Surgery Center in Virginia, Minn.

Saint Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., has assumed operations of the Hudson Valley Center at Saint Francis, previously a joint venture outpatient surgery center between the hospital and a group of surgeon owners.

Regent Surgical Health, a Westchester, Ill.-based ambulatory surgery center development and management company, has announced that it will develop an ASC with 26 physician partners of Plaza Ambulatory Surgery Center and Providence Portland Medical Center.

Regent Surgical Health and physician partners at Endosurgical Center of Central New Jersey have formed a joint venture with Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
