The Joint Commission Journal on Quality and Patient Safety named Jonathan Benn, PhD, Kevin O’Leary, MD, and Patricia Stone, PhD, RN, associate editors.

1. Dr. Benn is a quality improvement lecturer and the London-based National Institute for Health Research Patient Safety Translational Research Centre’s director of the masters in science degree.

2. Dr. O’Leary is a Chicago-based Northwestern University professor of medicine. He is also Chicago-based Northwestern Medicine’s chief of hospital medicine.

3. Dr. Stone is New York City-based Columbia University centennial professor. She is the Center for Health Policy at Columbia University’s director.
