2. Dr. O'Leary is a Chicago-based Northwestern University professor of medicine. He is also Chicago-based Northwestern Medicine's chief of hospital medicine.
3. Dr. Stone is New York City-based Columbia University centennial professor. She is the Center for Health Policy at Columbia University's director.
