Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York gets AAAHC accreditation

Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York received Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care accreditation.

This is the 18th year the center has achieved voluntary accreditation. Roy Geronemus, MD, leads the surgery center, and along with other center physicians received recognition of their treatment for acne scarring with the Picosecond Pulse Duration Laser by The JAMA Dermatology Network.

The center underwent an on-site survey and received three-year accreditation.
