APR.09.04.01 is described as “The organization provides care, treatment, services, and an environment that pose no risk of an ‘Immediate Threat to Health or Safety,’ also known as ‘Immediate Threat to Life’ or ITL situation.”

APR.03.01.01, which has five EPs and underwent the revision, is described as “The organization fulfills the requirements for the Focused Self-Assessment (FSA).”
