Indiana pain management center receives accreditation

Advanced Pain Management of Central Indiana in Fishers underwent a successful accreditation survey.

The American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities performed the survey during the first half of 2015. Physicians perform surgical, interventional and medical pain management.

Randall J. Franiak, MD, is the medical director of the center. He is board-certified in pain medicine and anesthesia and previously served as co-chief of anesthesia for Claridan Health Partners.

Treatments performed at the center include:

• Cervical epidural steroid injections
• Facet joint injections
• Selective nerve root blocks
• Sacroiliac joint injections
• Spinal cord stimulator placement
• Vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty
