Coastal Eye Surgery Center Receives Joint Commission Accreditation

Coastal Eye Surgery Center has been accredited by the Joint Commission, according to a Sun Herald report.

The center, founded by Don Benefield, MD, board-certified ophthalmologist, offers cataract surgery with focusing lens implants, laser surgery, eyelid, glaucoma and pterygium surgery utilizing the latest technology.
