The Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program is now providing hospital facilities with the 2015 Patient Safety Initiative worksheets for providers to complete before HFAP surveyors arrive onsite.
The worksheets include:
• Discharge planning
• Infection control
• QAPI
The nurse surveyor will review these documents during the survey.
