ENHAC accredits Allscripts' Payerpath — 4 insights

The Electronic Healthcare Network Accreditation Commission fully accredited Allscripts Paypath through its network accreditation program.

Here's what you should know:

1. The accreditation recognized Paypath's compliance with industry-established standards.

2. EHNAC surveyors analyzed Allscripts in a variety of areas, including privacy, systems availability and security infrastructure.

3. EHNAC Executive Director Lee Barrett said, "At a time when regulatory concerns are keeping healthcare leadership awake at night, a company's decision to take the necessary steps to ensure trust within its stakeholders and customers that they're adhering to the latest standards in privacy, security and confidentiality is an important accomplishment."

4. Paypath is a patient payment and claim management solution that handles the entire revenue cycle. EHNAC previously awarded Paypath ePAP accreditation.
