Eisenberg Award applications open August 1

The application portal for the National Quality Forum’s John M. Eisenberg Patient Safety and Quality Award will open August 1 and will remain open until the last day of September.

The award recognizes organizations and individuals for contributions to patient safety and healthcare quality on local and national levels and is presented jointly by the NQF and The Joint Commission.
