1. Dr. Martin leads the United States-based Acreditas Global as well as its sister organization, the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
2. He holds a master’s degree in public health from Tulane University and a doctorate degree in epidemiologic science from the University of Michigan.
3. He has previous experience directing community health initiatives for the American Hospital Association. He was also the Cook County (Illinois) Department of Public Health chief.
