The Joint Commission awarded CareerStaff Unlimited a Gold Seal of Approval for the Health Care Staffing Services Certification. Here are three quick facts.

1. The Joint Commission established the Health Care Staffing Services Certification in 2004. Staffing firms seeking the two-year certification are evaluated on standards including performance, continuing education and training as well as placement criteria.

2. With 25 offices throughout the U.S., CareerStaff Unlimited provides staffing services for several types of medical personnel, including nurses, therapists and pharmacists.

3. The Joint Commission assessed CareerStaff Unlimited’s compliance with standards during an onsite review Feb. 23.
