1. Bloss Memorial Healthcare District was initially founded as a trust fund in 1936. It evolved into a 23-bed acute care hospital in 1960 before evolving again into a dental-facing ASC in 1999.

2. In 2010, Bloss Memorial became the majority owners of a second ASC in Stockton, Calif.

3. Bloss Memorial Healthcare District clinicians have treated more than 90,000 pediatric patients to date.
