Ms. Balducci has worked as an AAAHC surveyor since June 2008.
She is a past executive director of the New Jersey Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
Ms. Balducci earned her nursing degree from New York City-based St. Luke’s Hospital School of Nursing and her bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Nyack (N.Y.) College.
