Basha is a software company, which offers the software system ASCpro, and PowerDMS is a document management solution company, which offers a cloud-based application for storing data and checking for compliance.

As a part of the agreement, surgery center leaders will now be able to electronically store information related to AAAHC standards, search for standards by keyword and ensure that their centers are up–to-date on compliance conditions and federal and state regulations.
