AAAHC accredits Northwest Florida Gastroenterology Center: 5 key notes

The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care granted accreditation to Northwest Florida Gastroenterology Center in Panama City.

Here are five key notes on the Northwest Florida Gastroenterology Center:

1. There are six physicians affiliated with the center.

2. The physicians provide services for gastroesophageal reflux disease, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel disease, Barrett’s Esophagus and liver and pancreas disease.

3. The Northwest Florida Gastroenterology Center is the only surgery center focused just on gastrointestinal procedures in the area.

4. The practice includes three office locations and the freestanding endoscopy center.

5. Albert Stray, RN, is the center director; Kara Rigby is the marketing director; and Stan Fulford is the physician office manager.
