North Queens Surgical Center in Bayside, N.Y., earned accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, according to an AAAHC newsletter.

1. The ASC is an affiliate of New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. There are 19 physician owners.

2. The ASC is licensed by the state of New York.

3. The administrator is Mark Spina.

4. North Queens Surgical Center is affiliated with Ambulatory Surgical Centers of America.
