Here are five things to know about Mid-Atlantic Endoscopy Center:
1. There are nine physicians who take cases to the center, which accepts most major insurances including Medicare.
2. The endoscopy center is affiliated with AmSurg.
3. Procedures at the center include colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, hemorrhoid banding, sacral nerve stimulation and upper endoscopy.
4. The facility is 5,600 square feet with a fully-equipped operating room, recovery room and waiting room.
5. The endoscopy center includes experienced licensed registered nurses and medical endoscopy technicians.
