AAAHC accredits Futures Outpatient Surgical Center — 5 things to know

The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care granted accreditation to Futures Outpatient Surgical Center.

Here are five things to know about the surgery center:

1. The physicians of Head+Neck Surgical Associates bring their cases to Futures Outpatient Surgical Center. The surgery center is in Portland, Ore.

2. Specialties at the center include craniomaxillofacial procedures, dental and cosmetic surgery. The physicians also have training in otolaryngology.

3. Two physicians founded the practice more than 25 years ago. Founding partners were Bryce E. Potter, MD, and Eric J. Dierks, MD.

4. There are eight physicians associated with the center.

5. The practice includes the Head & Neck Institute which includes the outpatient surgery center and serves to link the practice’s clinical, educational, organizational and research activities.
