The Calif.-based Surgery Center of Long Beach achieved accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
Here are three things to know:
1. In 2017, SCLB became the first ASC in the U.S. to receive the AAAHC's Center of Excellence Award in Orthopaedic Certification.
2. Surgeons at SCLB perform total joint replacement surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, pain management procedures and ophthalmology procedures as well as provide a variety of spine and orthopedic services.
3. SCLB has served members of the Southern California community since 2001.
