•    Post procedure anti-coagulation instructions
•    Prescribing azithromycin
•    Documentation of endoscope reprocessing
•    Advance directives
•    Full thickness skin graft viability using fast absorbing gut suture vs. nylon suture
•    Mental health no-shows
