UCLA Stroke Center Earns Joint Commission Designation

The Joint Commission, American Heart Association and American Stroke Association have designated the UCLA Stroke Center as a comprehensive stroke center, according to an Examiner report.

The UCLA Stroke Center opened in 1994 and is one of the first centers to earn this designation.
