2. Harford Endoscopy Center in Bel Air, MD.
3. Louisiana Endoscopy Center in Baton Rouge.
4. Sun Coast Endoscopy Center in Inverness, Fla.
5. Surgery Center of South Central Kansas in Hutchinson.
