The company outlined four ways ASC staff can maintain accreditation standards:
1. Quizzes. Frequently testing staff on the types of questions a surveyor would ask helps identify topics staff may need to be trained on.
2. Mock surveys. Bringing in a trained consultant to evaluate an ASC between surveying periods can help ensure an ASC maintains standards.
3. Staff engagement. Encouraging staff to report compliance concerns can act as a learning opportunity.
4. Education. Keeping staff up to date when processes and policies are changed ensures everyone is on the same page.
