Prior to her role as CEO, Caitlin served as chief administrative officer and chief financial officer with responsibility for ten separate business functions. Before joining SCA, she was senior vice president operations of revenue cycle services for MedAssets (a health care performance-improvement company). Caitlin worked previously as a senior consultant at CBIZ, Inc. (a national professional services company) and as a managed care analyst at Atlantic Health System. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University, and a Master of Public Health and Health Management from Columbia University.

David Young

David Young joined the company in June 2018 and serves as President & CEO. Mr. Young shares responsibility for Physicians Endoscopy’s strategic direction and service development, with primary responsibility of day-to-day management.

Prior to joining Physicians Endoscopy, David was Chief Operating Officer of Privia Health, Inc., a national physician practice management and medical group based in Virginia. Mr. Young helped build the group to over 2,000 providers and was responsible for all day-to-day operations.

Before Privia Health, Inc., David was Chief Financial Officer and Interim President of Smile Brands, Inc., the largest provider of support services to general and multi-specialty dental groups in the United States.

David has also served as Senior Vice President of Operations for McKesson Specialty Health, an $8.7 billion division of McKesson Corporation. Mr. Young led the delivery of prover-centric management service to specialty healthcare providers, patients, and payers. Prior to McKesson, David was Chief Financial Officer of US Oncology, one of the nation’s largest networks of community-based oncology providers. He was instrumental in the launch and rapid growth of the company’s pharmaceutical services division.

Mr. Young is originally from Scotland, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and received his MBA from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant and Corporate Treasurer.

David Rothbart

As an experienced neurosurgeon, Dr. Rothbart employs the latest minimally invasive techniques for spine surgery and serves as the medical director of Spine Team Texas.

Applying years of experience and clinical expertise, Dr. Rothbart performed a ground-breaking artificial disc replacement surgery at the end of 2005. While the surgery was a great success, Dr. Rothbart remains committed to ensuring that all nonsurgical options have been explored before spine surgery is discussed with a patient. When surgery is determined to be the only source for long-term relief, he employs minimally-invasive techniques that involve smaller incisions and minimized risk. His techniques have provided much-needed relief to many of his patients.

Dr. Rothbart has served as the medical director of neurosurgery at several DFW hospitals. Prior to coming to Texas, he practiced at the Chicago Institute of Neurosurgery and was also an associate professor of neurosurgery at Rush College of Medicine in Chicago. Dr. Rothbart completed his fellowship at the renowned Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. His residency training in neurosurgery was completed at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut, where he studied angiogenesis and brain edema before going on to instruct in neuroanatomy at the university.

Dr. Rothbart has many professional affiliations, including ones with the following organizations: American College of Surgeons, American Board of Neurological Surgery, National Board of Medical Examiners, American Association of Neurological Surgeons, American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Congress of Neurological Surgeons and the North American Spine Society.

Lew Little

Mr. Little has an extensive background in building healthcare services companies, including 11 years as CEO of Harden Healthcare, LLC. Prior to the sale of its businesses to Gentiva (2013) and Senior Care Centers (2015) Harden owned and operated senior care facilities in addition to providing related, ancillary health services including therapy, community health, home health and hospice. Under Lew’s leadership, Harden grew from a six-location, single-state skilled nursing home business to more than 200 facilities in 13 states and a “continuum of care” model generating revenues exceeding $800 million annually. During his impressive tenure at Harden, Lew built a multi-disciplined healthcare services company both organically and via acquisition – while developing and maintaining a strong operating and clinical culture. Mr. Little has a BA in Marketing and a MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Donna Cooper

As Chief Operating Officer of DuPage Medical Group, Donna Cooper focuses on maintaining efficiencies in operations and guiding future strategic growth, optimizing the operations of DMG’s practice sites, as well as collaborating with physicians and functional leaders throughout the organization to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Cooper joined DMG in 2018 with more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience, most recently serving as chief operating officer of Advocate Medical Group (AMG), where she was employed since 2007. In a previous role, she served as president of Advocate Dreyer Medical Clinic where she directed various healthcare business operations on all levels.

Prior to her tenure with Advocate, Cooper worked as the chief financial officer and then CEO of Physicians Clinic of Iowa. She also previously held positions at a managed care company where she negotiated payer, vendor and Physician-Hospital Organization (PHO) contracts.

Cooper is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where she received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
