1. South Denver Anesthesiologists joined Greater Colorado Anesthesia, which partnered with USAP in February 2015.
2. SDA, together with Greater Colorado Anesthesia, includes over 230 anesthesia providers.
3. USAP, formed in 2012, has grown to nearly 2,000 anesthesia providers in numerous markets, including Texas and Central Florida.
4. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
