Dr. Levinsohn previously served as director of anesthesia at Murray Hill Medical Center in New York City, where he managed administration, billing, quality assurance, reporting, accreditation compliance and patient care. He also served as a physician with Resource Anesthesia Associates in New Rochelle and as assistant professor of anesthesiology at New York University Medical Center. He received his medical degree from the NYU School of Medicine.
Dr. Monsur previously served as assistant professor of anesthesiology at SUNY Stony Brook and as an attending anesthesiologist at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens. He received his bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery degrees from the University of Dhaka in India and completed an anesthesia residency at NYU Medical Center.
