Surgery Center of the Pacific gets green light to add pain management procedures for $100K

Honolulu, Hawaii-based Surgery Center of the Pacific’s certificate of need to add pain management procedures was approved.

1. The maximum capital expenditure for the services expansion is $100,000.

2. The Hawaii State Health Planning and Development Agency found there is a public need for the proposal and the cost “will not be unreasonable in light of the benefits it will provide and its impact on healthcare costs.”

3. The agency approved the CON June 8.
