Dr. Miller joined the practice in 1990 and has served on its executive committee since 1992. Prior to his current appointment, he served as the medical director for Southeast Pain Care, a specialty sub-practice of Southeast Anesthesiology.
Dr. Miller completed an anesthesiology residency at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, N.C., where he also completed a fellowship in pain management.
